There is nothing quite like the joy I experience from sharing nutritious meals and healthy family ideas with loved ones. Anyone who knows me will recognize the spark in my eyes and the lift in my voice when the subject of healthy eating comes up.
I think of healthy eating as a foundational layer when building a happy family home. Eating well isn’t something our family does just for the future goal of a longer life, but it is the fuel that helps us thrive today, giving us the energy to reach our daily goals. It is also not something we commit to because we should, but because there is an authentic pleasure we experience with wholesome, thoughtfully prepared food.
Nutritious eating is part of our family identity and provides us not only with daily boosts of nourishment, but it stimulates our creative sides as well. The three of us are always experimenting with new flavors, new foods, and new combinations to surprise and excite one another.
